  蓄电池是电动叉车非常重要的部件,蓄电池的寿命和性能取决于驾驶员、蓄电池的充电、维护和维修情况。
1. 电瓶叉车蓄电池使用前检查
  蓄电池在使用前应逐只进行正负极性、电压、比重、液面、连接线牢固的检查,清除表面灰尘及脏物;经检查无误后,方可使用。
2. 日常使用注意事项
(1)电池使用过程中,应避免以下情况的发生:
a. 充电不足:长期充电不足,将严重影响蓄电池使用寿命;
注意:蓄电池未充饱电时,好不要工作;请让蓄电池充饱电后再工作。
b. 过放电:过放电后在正极、负极生成的硫酸铅层结构较致密,充电时活性物质难以恢复;过放电严重时还可造成个别电池的转极。过放电是蓄电池使用寿命缩短及产生故障的主要原因。
警告:在电动车辆行驶过程中,电压指示计显示红色或指针降到红色区域时,应立即停止使用,并及时充满电
c. 过充电:过充电会造成电解液中水大量电解,温度升高,从正极、负极加剧析出的气体使电池正极、负极活性物质结构疏松,降低电池使用寿命;
注意:当蓄电池充电温度超过50℃时,应暂时停止充电,等温度降到40℃以下时再继续充电;或降低充电电流、采取降温措施等来防止温度继续上升。
(2)电池使用过程中会有氢气析出,尤其在充电过程中和充电结束
后的一段时间内析出较多,因此,应及时对电池充电室通风,严格控制氢气含量,以保证安全。
警告:电动车辆工作、充电场所必须保持通风,且严禁烟火。
3. 科朗电瓶叉车电瓶的日常维护
1)蓄电池每次放电后即时进行充电。
注意:蓄电池使用后充电间隔好不要超过24小时。
2)每周进行一次例行检查,蓄电池正常使用过程若电解液液面降低,只允许向充饱电的蓄电池内补加蒸馏水,没有充饱电时不能加蒸馏水。
警告:只允许向充饱电的蓄电池补充蒸馏水或纯水,不可加入硫酸、自来水或其它物质。
注意:
a.电解液比重范围在:不低于1.15;不高于1.28±0.005g/cm3;必须在充电完毕后测量比重.
b.在循环充电后,如果蓄电池各单元格之间的比重差值超过20点(0.02)时,通常要进行均衡充电.
c. 每周进行一次例行检查,用干净湿毛巾清洁蓄电池表面,使蓄电池保持清洁,防止蓄电池壳盖上的灰尘或电解液造成蓄电池自放电.注意:请用湿毛巾擦拭蓄电池表面,不要使用鸡毛掸、干的化纤类织物擦拭。
d. 每周进行一次例行检查,检查极柱螺栓和连接线的连接是否牢固,如有松动须拧紧或焊牢。
e. 蓄电池正常使用过程中,每月进行一次均衡充电。
f. 电动车辆低速行驶有助于延长蓄电池使用寿命。
g. 建立蓄电池充放电维护记录,以利于及时分析和处理蓄电池出现的问题:蓄电池的使用起止日期、每次的充放电记录、每次补水记录等等。
4. 充电
(1) 充电场所
a. 清洁干净、通风换气好,远离易燃易爆品;
b. 备有胶皮手套、保护眼镜、围裙等个人保护用品;
c. 备有万用表、比重计、温度计等检验器具;
d. 设有水源装置及灭火装置;
e. 避免阳光直射、避免雨水、保持室温温度。
f . 必须用直流电源进行充电,其电源的正(+)极连接蓄电池组的正(+)极,电源 的负(-)极连接蓄电池组的负(-)极,不能错接,以免损坏蓄电池。
(2)正常充电
a. 蓄电池放电后应及时充电。蓄电池放电后再次充电的时间间隔不得超过24时
b. 在充电过程中,蓄电池液温超过50℃时,应降低充电电流或暂时停止充电,以防止液温升高后对蓄电池性能产生大的影响。
5.科朗叉车电池的均衡充电
  均衡充电目的:蓄电池在使用过程中,由于充电不足、过放电及充电不及时等原因,致使蓄电池的活性物质在正常充电过程不能得到充分活化,发生钝化现象,影响了蓄电池的容量和寿命;在整组使用蓄电池组中,客观上每只蓄电池都存在单体差异,长期使用会出现电压不均衡的现象,降低了整组蓄电池组的应用性能。通过对蓄电池组进行均衡充电,可以预防极板硫酸盐化故障的产生,还可以减少蓄电池组的电压不均衡如有下列情况,须进行均衡充电
a.每天使用恒压充电机充电的蓄电池组,每个月都要进行一次均衡充电;
b.放电电压经常在终止电压以下时;
c.放电电流值经常过大时;
d.放电后未及时充电时;
e.蓄电池连续充电不足或较长时间未使用时;
f.将极群取出检查或清除沉淀物时;
6.低温与高温环境下使用时注意事项:
在冬季或低温环境中
a.天气温度低于10℃时,好将电动叉车和蓄电池带到室内充电或停放,避免电动叉车放在室外过夜或在低温环境下充电,保证蓄电池能充饱电。
b.每天要把蓄电池的电力充足后再使用。但是,不能用大电流充电时间过长,否则就会造成蓄电池过充电,从而影响蓄电池使用和寿命。
c.在使用电动叉车过程尽量避免紧急刹车,并尽量低速行驶。
在夏季或高温环境中
a.做好蓄电池的降温措施,如适当减小充电电流、充电时使用循环水降温等;
b.尽量减少在高温环境中的工作时间。
7.蓄电池的贮存
a.贮存在温度为5~45℃、清洁干燥的室内,定期通风;
b.落在蓄电池盖上的灰尘及测量过程中滴在蓄电池上的电解液要及时用5~10%的苏打水溶液和自来水擦净,保持蓄电池外表面的清洁、干燥;
c.避免阳光直射,远离热源;
d.每30 天对蓄电池进行一次补充充电。
8.科朗电动叉车蓄电池的安全注意事项:
a.装卸蓄电池组时必须使用有承载相应重量的吊装设备,且电池在吊装过程中严禁人或物位于蓄电池组下面,以防止蓄电池组跌落。
b.蓄电池维护人员必须穿戴好防酸护具,如防护眼镜、胶皮手套、围裙和胶皮鞋等,以防止硫酸腐蚀和烧伤。
c.蓄电池组上严禁放置导电物品,且操作人员须将手表等可能导电类物品摘除后方可工作,防止蓄电池外部短路而产生火花,甚至爆炸。
d.严禁将纯水直接倒入浓硫酸中,以防止液面温度突然升高沸腾而导致浓硫酸飞溅伤人。
e.蓄电池充电场所严禁吸烟,严禁明火、静电火花等,以免蓄电池充电过程中逸出的少量氢气发生爆炸。

The battery is a very important part of the electric forklift. The life and performance of the battery depend on the driver, battery charging, maintenance and repair.
1. Battery forklift battery inspection before use
Before use, the battery should be checked for positive and negative polarity, voltage, specific gravity, liquid level, and connecting wires firmly to remove dust and dirt on the surface; it can be used only after inspection is correct.
2. Notes for daily use
(1) During battery use, the following situations should be avoided:
a. Insufficient charging: Insufficient charging for a long time will seriously affect the service life of the battery;
Note: Do not work when the battery is not fully charged; please allow the battery to work before being fully charged.
b. Overdischarge: After overdischarge, the lead sulfate layer formed on the positive electrode and the negative electrode has a dense structure, and it is difficult to recover the active material during charging; when the overdischarge is severe, it can also cause the polarity of individual batteries. Overdischarge is the main cause of shortened battery life and failure.
Warning: When the electric vehicle is running, when the voltage indicator shows red or the pointer drops to the red area, it should be stopped immediately and fully charged in time.
c. Overcharge: Overcharge will cause a large amount of water in the electrolyte to electrolyze, the temperature will rise, and the gas released from the positive and negative electrodes will intensify the structure of the positive and negative active materials of the battery, reducing the battery life;
Note: When the battery charging temperature exceeds 50 ° C, stop charging temporarily and continue charging when the temperature drops below 40 ° C; or reduce the charging current and take cooling measures to prevent the temperature from continuing to rise.
(2) Hydrogen will be released during battery use, especially during and after charging
After a period of time, more precipitation occurs, therefore, the battery charging chamber should be ventilated in time, and the hydrogen content should be strictly controlled to ensure safety.
Warning: The working and charging places of electric vehicles must be ventilated, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
3. Daily maintenance of Kelang battery forklift battery
1) Charge the battery immediately after each discharge.
Note: After the battery is used, the charging interval should not exceed 24 hours.
2) Routine inspection is performed once a week. If the electrolyte level drops during normal use of the battery, only distilled water can be added to the fully charged battery. Distilled water cannot be added when the battery is not fully charged.
WARNING: only add distilled or pure water to a fully charged battery. Do not add sulfuric acid, tap water, or other substances.
note:
a. The specific gravity range of the electrolyte is: not lower than 1.15; not higher than 1.28 ± 0.005g / cm3; the specific gravity must be measured after charging is completed.
b. After cyclic charging, if the specific gravity difference between the cells of the battery exceeds 20 points (0.02), it is usually carried out with balanced charging.
c. Routine inspection once a week, clean the surface of the battery with a clean wet towel to keep the battery clean, and prevent the battery from self-discharge caused by dust or electrolyte on the battery case cover. Note: Please wipe the surface of the battery with a wet towel, do not use Feather dust, dry chemical fiber fabric wipe.
d. Perform a routine inspection once a week to check whether the connection between the pole bolts and the connecting wire is firm. If it is loose, it must be tightened or welded firmly.
e. During normal use of the battery, the battery should be recharged once a month.
f. Low-speed driving of electric vehicles can help extend battery life.
g. Establish battery charge and discharge maintenance records to facilitate the timely analysis and treatment of battery problems: battery start and end dates, each charge and discharge record, each replenishment record, and so on.
4. Charging
(1) Charging place
a. Clean, well ventilated, and away from flammable and explosive materials;
b. Personal protective equipment such as rubber gloves, protective glasses, apron;
c. Equipped with multimeter, hydrometer, thermometer and other inspection equipment;
d. Water source device and fire extinguishing device;
e. Avoid direct sunlight, rain and room temperature.
f. The DC power supply must be used for charging. The positive (+) pole of the power supply is connected to the positive (+) pole of the battery pack, and the negative (-) pole of the power supply is connected to the negative (-) pole of the battery pack. Battery.
(2) Normal charging
a. Charge the battery immediately after discharging. The interval between recharging after the battery is discharged must not exceed 24 hours
b. During the charging process, when the battery liquid temperature exceeds 50 ° C, reduce the charging current or temporarily stop charging to prevent the battery temperature from increasing the battery performance.
5. Balanced Charging of Kelang Forklift Battery
Purpose of balanced charging: During the use of the battery, due to insufficient charging, over-discharge, and untimely charging, the active materials of the battery cannot be fully activated during normal charging, and passivation occurs, which affects the capacity and life of the battery; In the entire battery pack used, objectively there is a difference in the cells of each battery. The long-term use will cause the phenomenon of voltage imbalance, which reduces the application performance of the entire battery pack. By equalizing the battery pack, it can prevent the occurrence of sulfation failure of the electrode plate, and it can also reduce the voltage imbalance of the battery pack.
a. The battery pack charged with a constant voltage charger every day must be balanced once a month;
b. When the discharge voltage is often below the termination voltage;
c. When the discharge current value is often too large;
d. When not charging in time after discharging;
e. When the battery is insufficiently charged continuously or has not been used for a long time;
f. When the polar group is taken out for inspection or the sediment is removed;
6.Precautions when using in low and high temperature environment:
In winter or low temperature environment
a. When the weather temperature is lower than 10 ℃, take the electric forklift and the battery indoors for charging or parking, avoid the electric forklifts to be left outdoors overnight or charge in a low temperature environment, and ensure that the batteries are fully charged.
b. The battery should be fully used every day. However, do not use a large current to charge it for too long, otherwise it will cause the battery to overcharge, which will affect the battery usage and life.
c. Try to avoid emergency braking and use low speed when using electric forklift.
In summer or high temperature environments
a. Do a good job of cooling the battery, such as appropriately reducing the charging current and using circulating water to cool the battery when charging;
b. Minimize working time in high temperature environment.
7. Storage of batteries
a. Store in a clean and dry room at a temperature of 5 to 45 ° C and ventilate regularly;
b. The dust falling on the battery cover and the electrolyte dripped on the battery during the measurement should be cleaned with 5-10% soda aqueous solution and tap water in time to keep the external surface of the battery clean and dry;
c. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources;
d. Recharge the battery every 30 days.
8. Safety precautions of Kelang electric forklift battery:
a. When loading and unloading the battery pack, you must use lifting equipment that carries the corresponding weight, and during the lifting process of the battery, it is strictly forbidden that people or objects are under the battery pack to prevent the battery pack from falling.
b. Battery maintenance personnel must wear acid-proof protective gear, such as protective glasses, rubber gloves, aprons, and rubber shoes to prevent sulfuric acid corrosion and burns.
c. It is strictly forbidden to place conductive items on the battery pack, and the operator must remove the conductive items, such as watches, before working, to prevent sparks and even explosions due to external short circuit of the battery.
d. It is strictly forbidden to pour pure water directly into concentrated sulfuric acid, in order to prevent the liquid surface temperature from suddenly boiling and causing concentrated sulfuric acid to splash and hurt people.
e. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the battery charging place, and naked flames, static sparks, etc. are strictly prohibited, so as to avoid a small amount of hydrogen escaping during the battery charging process to explode.
